So, it’s early fall here in Vancouver, which means things are just starting to turn, but not much yet. Flowers are dying because it’s getting colder, and blue skies are becoming rare-er. So, Yesterday was a blue sky day, so I went a wandering:
Steveston: A Wandering
Last weekend I had the pleasure to go hang out with my friend down in Steveston, on a somewhat overcast day. Normally I don’t like to do photography on overcast and dull days, but I decided, since I had been delaying for a few weeks, to head down there. As luck would have it, as I approached Steveston, there was some crazy cloud formations that were developing. I think it’s always the case down there, for its right on the edge of the water.
Fish markets, boardwalks and old canneries were all seen, and enjoyed. I even had the pleasure to talk to a fellow about his heritage boats ( a volunteer run organization), where he tried to get me to sign up!
Anyways, this is what I saw.
