My friend Andy is one of the most extravagant chefs out there I know. He was my neighbor for the last year and became quite a good friend. Him and I explored most of Chinatown and Gastown in Vancouver with our forks.
When Andy’s cooking, he pulls out these contraptions and delivers mouth watering experiences that, before knowing him, I had no idea existed. I plan in the future to have more lunches or dinners with him and make photographs of the delicious.
This, however, was a simple Norwegian brunch. Egg, baguette, salami and smoked ham, a tomato, and a little friend of cheese.
